We often get asked why we call the HEAVENDROPt parachute bracelets “cause” bracelets. Often you’ll see various nonprofits with rubber type bracelets so that people can show support for their organization. We wanted ours to be made of parachute material, making them a little bit more meaningful for our mission. We also think it adds a little pizazz!
Our HEAVENDROPt Cause Bracelet is made with 6″ of recycled authentic military parachute cord. The military green color may vary based on the parachute used. The chain has a gunmetal lobster claw clasp with a HEAVENDROPt logo copper charm. Fits wrist sizes 6”-9”.
Each bracelet is handmade with retired authentic US military parachute cord by veterans and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The US military parachute material is purchased from the government once the parachutes are inspected and deemed no longer safe to fly by the military. Once the parachute material is decommissioned, we are able to have workers separate the parts and then create our unique products.
